How do I get tickets?

We recommend reserving tickets online. Tickets at the door are subject to availability (especially on weekends)!

Are the tickets transferable?

You are welcome to transfer tickets to your family, friends or send them as a gift. Just email them a QR code, that they will have to redeem at the door.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can, but there’s no need if you have a phone. Simply show your ticket and the QR code when you arrive.

Are walk-ins welcome?

Walk-ins are welcome, but tickets at the door are limited by availability. 

When do I arrive? Is there a time limit?

For example, if you booked the 2pm slot you will have from 2-3pm to enjoy the stations. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your time slot to allow for check-in.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, & CashApp. Sorry, we do not accept cash

What is an instagram husband?

Reserving an "instagram husband" means one of our hosts will take your photographs, hype you up, and help you with posing using your own phone/camera.

Are you kid friendly?

Well yes we are!! We are a family-friendly destination.

What if I want to bring my baby and I’m not going to take any pictures of myself, do I still have to buy a ticket?

Children 2 and under do not require a ticket. Anyone over 2 years old requires a ticket.  

Do you offer discounts for larger groups?

Yes! We gladly offer discounted rates for groups of 15 or more people. Use coupon 15off15 for a 15% off discount or email us at exposureselfies@gmail.com for help planning your large group event.

Do I have to stay with my kid or can I leave them?

16 years and older you can leave your kid here! Under 16 years old a parent is permitted to attend and supervise. For every 3 kids 1 adult is required to supervise. This is not a day care and you are responsible if anything gets broken. Please be respectful of our space.

What if I only use 30 minutes can I come back and use the other 30 minutes another time?

Your ticket is 1 time use. If you don’t use all of your time you will not be able to come back with the same ticket, you will need to purchase another ticket/ time! Absolutely no exceptions.

Are food and beverages allowed inside?

Please finish all food and drinks before entering the studio.

What should I bring with me?

Your phone or camera + good vibes. You will be taking lots of awesome pictures, so we recommend you leave bulky stuff. If you need more space for props, lights, light stands, or plan to change outfits more than twice, please contact us to book a private rental/session.

Do I need to bring my own selfie stick?

You are welcome to bring a selfie stick or rent a selfie ring light at our front desk.

What's your cancellation policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule for a different date/time at no charge.

Can I bring my professional camera?

Absolutely! Unlike most places we allow you to bring your DSLR. at no extra charge! (but, we do not allow your extra photography equipment)

Are you guys a “selfie museum?”

We are not a museum in the sense you are used to! Normally in a museum you are not allowed to touch or take photos, whereas we HIGHLY encourage it!

Can I bring my pet?

We are pet lovers! But sadly we do not allow dogs or any pets inside!

Dogs are welcome during our designated dog night sessions or any other sessions that specifically state that dogs are permitted. Dogs as well as other animals are also permitted private sessions and rentals, but require advanced notice and approval. While we love all animals, one of our founders is highly allergic to cats, so they are not allowed in the studio at any time.

Private events & team building

We gladly host private parties and team building events! You can book the whole museum OUTSIDE our normal business hours. For reservation and pricing, please email us at bookingexposure@gmail.com.

Can I book the whole place?

We gladly host private parties and team building events! You can book the whole museum OUTSIDE our normal business hours at a flat rate of $500/hr Monday-Sunday. The rate includes all taxes and fees and is good for groups of up to 25 people.  Private rentals include access to our party room as well as all public spaces. For reservations please email us at bookingexposure@gmail.com.

General Admission is best for:

- snapping your own photos and/or upgrade to a package with one of our pro photographers

- a fun experience with family and friends

- making memories

Whole Space rentals are best for:

- bringing in lots of props, outfit changes or additional equipment/lighting

- extended use of specific backdrops, versus moving around to share the space

Event Rentals are best for:

- parties or events

- total privacy in the studio

What does general admission include?

General Admission tickets grant you access to our 5,000 square foot air-conditioned space for your specified 60-minute self-guided session.

We provide you generous amounts of space to spread out and enjoy our backdrops and props without the need to be near anyone else in the studio. There are 25+ stylized spaces with seemingly endless photo ops, which are updated seasonally to bring you fresh new ideas. 

How much does it cost?

General Admission tickets start at:

$24.95 - ages 16 and up

$14.95 - ages 3-15

FREE - ages 2 and under

Can I bring a change of clothes?

We do have a dressing room as well as a large bathroom that can be used for changing outfits. During general admission, you are limited to 1-2 outfits. If you need to change more than that, please contact to book a private rental. Please note, access to dressing rooms is not guaranteed during general admission.

Photographs

We encourage photos being shared via social media and ask that you tag us! Your images can be used on the website or for other promotional materials.
